My family and I had a pleasant and relaxing spring break! 
The property managers response time and follow up on items to be addressed during our stay was great, and we very impressed when a brand new coffee maker(original carafe missing) and fridge water filter was delivered and replaced within the next day of placing the request. House and hot tub were very clean and the front and back yards were well maintained. The master bath is LARGE and all bathrooms are modern in design. Be aware that the driveway has a steep decline, and it’s best to back in when parking. The mountainous location of the house provides a wooded backdrop, and you can still easily arrive to downtown Asheville within 10 minutes. The Biltmore estate and WNC Nature Center is only a 20 minute drive, and the Pisgah and DuPont parks can be reached within an hour of the house for some beautiful waterfall hiking. All in all a great trip, and the Nanas Branch house helped contribute to the memorable experience for everyone.

Some of the best properties I've ever seen! 
WOW!!! I had the opportunity to stay at 3 of their amazing homes in Sedona over this past Summer. All 3 homes were amazing! Very well designed, very clean, and a very responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to staying with Mighty Tree again!

The best vacation rental company 
We had an incredible experience staying in one of their properties in Branson. The entire team was very accommodating at requests that I made and the communication was fast and clear. The actual stay was perfect. The property was exactly as advertised and even better than represented, which was a great experience. Overall they have been the best vacation rental company we have rented from, which has been a lot.

One of the best properties! 
Mighty Tree Properties was very communicative and inviting even before we got to the home. When we did get there it was hands down one of the best properties we have ever stayed. Every window had an amazing view. The home itself has every amenity you can think of. It is true luxury living. If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay, this is it. We definitely will be back.

I won’t hesitate to rent again 
We rented the Mingus House in Sedona, AZ in May, 2025. It was a good experience working with the property manager, Mighty Tree Properties. They were helpful with a few questions prior to contracting the rental. They were quick to respond when we had questions after checking into the rental. They were quick to send someone to the property for further help when we needed it.
