SEASONAL POOL INFO
2026 Pool Opening: The pool is available from March 26, 2026 to mid-October. Do not hesitate to message us if you have any questions regarding the pool's opening and closing dates.

GUEST SAFETY & PRIVACY
For your safety, we have a security camera installed in front of the house, monitoring the house’s exterior and driveway only. There are no security cameras inside the house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Self-Check-In via Smart Lock (Check-in Instructions are provided within 7 days of your arrival)
• Standard Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early Check-In / Late Checkout requests must be made at least a day in advance. Approval depends on availability. Fees apply.
• Please ask about the pet fee & firewood

• Kindly respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Avoid loud outdoor noise or music to ensure we maintain a peaceful and respectful presence in the community.
• Parking Space Available: The property can accommodate 3 cars comfortably, up to a maximum of 5 cars.
