SEASONAL POOL INFO
The pool is typically open from the end of April to October. We aim to open as early as mid-March, but pool availability is not guaranteed until the end of April. Do not hesitate to message us if you have any questions about the pool's opening.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Self-Check-In via Smart Lock (Check-in Instructions are provided within 7 days of your arrival)
• Standard Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Kindly respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Avoid loud outdoor noise or music to ensure we maintain a peaceful and respectful presence in the community.
• Please ask about the pet fee & firewood for the fire pit
• Pool is heated using a gas pool heater for an additional fee. Performance may vary in colder temperatures. The pool is closed during the winter. Please inquire about operational dates and the pool heating fee.
• Early Check-In / Late Checkout requests must be made at least a day in advance. Approval depends on availability. Fees apply.
• Parking Space Available: Oversized private concrete driveway fits multiple cars, and the 2-car garage is available for your use. Can fit a total of 6-8 cars. Street parking is also available.
