• Guests have full and exclusive access to both homes and all their indoor & outdoor amenities, apart from locked closets reserved for the owner & housekeeping.
• Self-check-in is available via a smart lock. We will send the door code and the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
• For your privacy and safety, the unique access codes are scheduled to work only within the date and time of your stay.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
For your safety, we have a security camera installed in front of both houses, monitoring the EXTERIOR of each house only. There are no security cameras inside the houses.

• Self-check-in is available via a smart lock. We will send the door code and the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
• Standard Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early Check-In / Late Checkout requests must be made at least a day in advance. Approval depends on availability. Fees apply.
• Parking Space Available: Can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 cars
• The pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional charge. Please inquire about the fee. Note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.
