Welcome to our 3-bedroom custom cabin built in 2019 with hardwood floors throughout. This retreat is nestled in the heart of Big Bear Lake, California, where relaxation meets adventure. This spacious house accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a serene mountain getaway.
Inside, you ll find two inviting king-sized bedrooms, ensuring a restful night s sleep after a day of outdoor activities. The third bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. Two well-appointed bathrooms provide convenience and comfort for your stay.
Our fully-equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, and the dining table offers a cozy spot for meals together. The living room boasts comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a toasty fireplace, making it a perfect gathering place for relaxation and entertainment. Step outside onto the deck, where you can savor the fresh mountain air, grill up a delicious meal or go sledding on the hill in the backyard. Like many Big Bear homes there is no central A/C but there is central heating.For your convenience, a laundry area is available, ensuring you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
Located just minutes from Snow Summit (ski/snowboarding), hiking trails, and the charming Big Bear Lake Village for shopping, our house is your gateway to all the adventure and serenity that Big Bear Lake has to offer.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $300 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
