Private Basement Retreat with a HOT TUB
Welcome to our private and cozy basement retreat with a hot tub! Our beautifully furnished basement unit is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our basement retreat is just a short drive away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Main Street St. Charles has to offer. (Please note to enter the unit you must walk along the side of the house down a hill.)
As you step into the unit, you ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV.
The bedroom is furnished with two comfortable king-size beds, a dedicated work space and another flat screen TV. Adjacent to the bedroom, you ll find a spacious bathroom with a tub and shower and all the essentials.
But the highlight of our basement unit is undoubtedly the private hot tub, located just outside the entrance. You can soak in the warm water and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.
Our basement unit has a washer dryer combo and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a full size fridge, microwave and coffee maker, so you can prepare your own meals and snacks during your stay.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
