The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stays and a dining area that contains seating for 4.
This rental offers two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub, ensuring that everyone has their own space and privacy. One bedroom contains a queen bed and the other has a set of full bunk beds with a twin trundle. The loft area has an additional twin sleeper sofa. The main level also has a half bath and laundry.
Come hang out by one of the fireplaces, play pool or pac man.
The outdoor space is just as impressive, with a large deck complete with a hot tub where you can soak in the views and unwind.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly. Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $300 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
