This romantic escape is perfect for two, but can accommodate up to 4 guest. Paved roads, easy to access and oversized parking area, considered trailer-friendly. Take in the peace and quiet while you relax on the front porch rockers or cozy up to the fire pit outside and enjoy this wooded natural backdrop. The only hustle and bustle here is that of the horses, deer, and other critters along with the occasional bear. You can play corn hole or bring your own outdoor games!

Inside the cabin, enjoy the comfort and amenities you might not be expecting while keeping with the cabin feel. Snuggle up in a plush king size bed and take in a show using your own streaming accounts . There is a spot for your suitcases and a place to hang up your clothes. The downstairs futon can accommodate two guest as well. Turn on the gas fireplace and take in a movie. Enjoy the large coffee bar with Keurig where coffee and all the fixin s are provided and we ve included a blender for you to bring your own adult concoctions. A perfect, fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you to make your favorite meals . You will find a crockpot, microwave, toaster and propane range. Wifi is available throughout. There is a downstairs bathroom with an easy access shower for your convenience.

Planning to travel with an RV? For those booking this cabin, you will also have access to a 50-foot camping site with water, and a 50 amp hookup for an additional $50-$75 per night.

Love your pets? So do we! Bring them along for $100 per pet fee (2 pets max)! For those exceptionally furry friends an additional $50 per pet fee may be imposed for extra cleaning. We do ask that you clean up after your pet outside

Coming soon to this property is something unique! A silo which will house a hot tub bar and TV for watching the Vols play! Outside there will be a grilling area and fire pit to enjoy!

Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

Check-In: there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code we will resend it a week before your stay.

Cancellation Damage Fee:
30 or More Days Before Arrival - full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee
29 or Fewer Days Before Arrival - we can move your dates (without penalty) or try to rebook your dates. If dates are fully rebooked, you will be refunded that amount minus the $50 cancellation fee. If dates are partially rebooked, you will only be refunded the amount that was rebooked (example: if you had 5 nights we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + taxes fees). If no dates are rebooked, you will forfeit all money paid towards your reservation.
Damage Coverage: covers you up to the amount that you paid for your damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
