LeConte gleams in the morning light as fog rolls across the lake, steam curling out of a hot cup of coffee. Backflop onto your luxuriously roomy King size Serta SleepWell mattress with plush linens. From lounging in bed binging your favorite shows on the 65 4K Smart TV with free W-Fi to stepping into the rain showerhead, you ll be surrounded by nothing less than the best with room for up to 4 guests. You ll be almost close enough to the water to fish from your deck, or simply gaze off into the mountains, all while slipping into an abundant sense of peace that we all feel around water. Although we do not recommend it while you re on vacation, each room is equipped with a workstation.
Our resort is conveniently located 3.5 miles from interstate 40! A stone s throw away from even more good times in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg, split your time between a day on the water and evenings out on the town. Chill here at the resort for dinner, drinks, and hanging out around the water to count the stars in one of our hammocks or relax around the firepit. You will be surrounded by gorgeous sunrise and sunset views against a backdrop of Douglas Lake, The Smokies. and Mt. LeConte, the second highest point on the entire East coast.

canceled, that would be the amount of the refund you would receive (-$50).
Example: If you had 5 nights we rebooked 4 nights, you would be refunded 4
nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee ($25) - $50
